PK High-Precision Inc focuses on manufacturing of high quality, tight-tolerance parts, from
prototypes and sample series to production. We have an experience with a variety of basic and exotic materials like molybdenum ( TZM), super alloys,CPM10V/9V, H-13(49-51 HRC), titanium, stainless steels, etc.
Our QUEST 6/42SP Super-Precision, Mori Seiki 1500 and Conquest 6/42 Precision lathes are ideally suited for:
Tough-to-machine materials Surface finishes in the 8 micro-inch and under range
Continuous machining accuracies in the .0002″ (5 micron) range
